Fir tree tea

Last recipe for 2021..

What a year.. What a year, what a year...

Makes me wonder how 2022 will be.

I have a feeling that we have no idea what is in store for us and maybe it is for the best that way.

I have found that all the work and all the crap prevents us from just relaxing for a few minutes in life and just enjoy the moment and the silence.

Have been quite lucky this year and was able to take a few breathing moments away from Athens during a photographic project am working on.

During those short trips to nature I was able to think and come into contact with the soil, plants, trees, rivers. And that was just incredible.

During my last visit there I gathered some fronts of a fir tree that was there.

Today I snipped a few in a cup and added hot water... Made a tea of shorts, a tea quite wonderful to be honest...

Almost no recipe but will try to give you one.

Happy New Year everyone!
